Our art prints and posters are available in the following sizes:

- 10" x 10" (25.4 cm x 25.4 cm / 254 mm x 254 mm
- 12" x 12” (30.5 cm x 30.5 cm / 305 mm x 305 mm)
- 12" x 16" (30.5 cm x 41 cm / 305 mm x 406 mm)
- 16" x 20" (40.6 cm x 50.8 cm / 406 mm x 508 mm)
- 18" x 24" (45.7 cm x 61 cm / 457 mm x 610 mm)

*A note about dimensions
Our art prints and posters are printed to order, meaning each one gets printed and cut individually. The cutting process, although rare, can result in slight variations in size between prints (1-2 mm). If you are getting a frame custom made for your prints or posters, please wait for your prints to arrive and give them to the framers to make the frames accordingly. If you are buying pre-made frames, please be aware that frames can differ slightly in size between stores so please check frame dimensions carefully.
*A note about print colors
We've worked hard to make sure that the images you see on your screen truly represent the products' colors, however, printed colors will always vary slightly in person.
Frames
Suitable frames can be found at Target, Amazon, Overstock, West Elm, Pottery Barn, Crate & Barrel, Anthropologie, and other home stores.
Packaging
We package each item based on dimensions to ensure protection during shipment. Generally, our posters and prints are shipped in thick mailing tubes with plastic end caps.
Many of our packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable. Our mailing tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content.
Custom Prints
If you see a print you love but don’t see the size you want, let us know. We’ll try to accommodate all requests. We also offer completely custom posters and prints. To get a quote, simply email us with details of your project.
DIGITAL PRINTS + POSTERS
Downloading your files
Included in your digital package are multiple high-resolution JPEG files in various ratios so you can print them at the size you need. Take a look at the chart below to determine which file best suits your final print size. We recommend downloading all files to a computer rather than a phone or tablet.
For any print size not listed above, select the closest match.
Example: For a final print size of 11 x 17”, the closest match is 12 x 18“ / 2:3 ratio so you can print that file. There will be very slight cropping along two sides (0.167”).

Printing at Home
Select the appropriate file for your chosen print size, resize if necessary, and set your printer to the highest-quality setting. For full-page printing, select borderless (full bleed) if you have the option.
Printing at a Print Center
(e.g. FedEx Kinkos, Costco, Walgreens, Staples, etc.)
Select the appropriate file and let them know the final print size you’d like. If they require a PDF, please email us with your order number and we’ll create one for you.

APPAREL
The Printed Home offers a range of loungewear for home lovers!
Fabric
Our cotton t-shirts are made of 100% combed and ring-spun cotton, aside from the gray option which is 90% ring-spun cotton and 10% polyester. Our vintage t-shirts are a 50/25/25 blend of polyester/combed ringspun cotton/rayon.
Ring-spun cotton is made by continuously twisting and thinning the cotton strands, which makes a very fine rope of cotton fibers. Due to this process, ring-spun cotton results in a stronger weave and has a softer feel.
Sizing
Our apparel has a retail fit and is true to size unless otherwise noted. Our unisex-style shirts are slightly longer in the body and sleeves. For a more relaxed look, you can size up.
Care Instructions
Separate by color. Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle. No fabric softener. Tumble dry low or hang to dry.
PAYMENT
We accept major credit and debit card payments - Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
We also accept payment via PayPal - one of the fastest, safest ways to pay online without sharing financial details. If you don’t have a PayPal account, PayPal also accepts all major credit and debit cards.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Unless otherwise noted, print orders will be printed and packed within 2-5 business days of purchase, with the exception of national holidays. Apparel will take 2-7 business days. Shipping times are on top of this.
Domestic Shipping
We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) and Deutsche Post Group (DHL). Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. Insurance and tracking information is included. If you need something sooner, please contact us before placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
International Shipping
We ship our products worldwide with the exception of the following countries: Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Antilles, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea. Our international economy shipping generally takes 5-10 days. We offer many digital prints that can be downloaded instantly and printed at home or your local print center if you need something sooner.
P. O. Box and APO Delivery
We can deliver to P. O. Boxes and APO addresses via United States Postal Service (USPS).
Returned + Lost Shipments
All packages returned to The Printed Home, either because of insufficient address information or attempted deliveries, will be the responsibility of the customer. If the package is returned to us, the customer will have to repay shipping charges before we reship the package. The Printed Home is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows that a shipment was delivered and the customer did not receive it, the customer will need to file a report with USPS directly. No replacements will be made for lost or stolen packages.
Order Tracking
You'll receive tracking information via email once your order is shipped. You can login to the order status page on our website and see the current status of your order. Packages can also be tracked via USPS's tracking service using your tracking number.
*Please Note: Sometimes, the package travels faster than the website is able to update. If you don’t see your package in route, please wait 24 hours.
RETURNS
ART PRINTS: Our prints are made to order, therefore, we will not accept returns unless there has been an error on our part (you received an incorrect or defective item). If your print was damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 business days to report the damage so we can send you a replacement.
APPAREL: Our apparel, you guessed it, is made to order. Returns will be accepted if it is the result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item). Apparel can only be returned if it is in its original condition (labels still attached). Items will be inspected on return and are the responsibility of the customers until they reach our returns center. If you need to exchange your item(s) for a different size, please get in touch and we'll be happy to assist you.
