The conditions for reading this website. Staying at the house is covered by the confirmation the desk sends you.
Who it is for
This website is meant for adults. Parts of it describe a gaming room that admits nobody under 18, and by going past the age question you confirm that you are of that age.
No gaming on the site
Nothing here is a game, a bet or an invitation to place one. The site takes no money, holds no accounts and connects to no gaming system. Play happens only in the loft at 41 rue Haute, in person.
Accuracy
The house tries to keep every detail right, but rooms are refurbished, menus change and opening hours move with the seasons. Nothing on the site is an offer that can be accepted; a stay is agreed only when the desk confirms it to you in writing.
Words and pictures
The text and drawings on this site belong to The Printed Home. The photographs are used under licence for this site only. Please ask before reusing any of it.
Links
Every link here leads to another page of this house. Where the text names an outside address, such as the data protection authority, it is written out for you to look up yourself.
In the house
House rules are posted at the desk and in each room. Staff may refuse entry to the loft, or ask anyone to leave a public room, where that is needed for the comfort or safety of others.
Accessibility
The site is written to work with a keyboard, a screen reader and text enlarged to twice its size. If something does not, write to [email protected] and say which page.
Liability
The house is responsible for this site to the extent French law provides and no further. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer.
Law and courts
French law applies. Disputes go before the French courts that have jurisdiction for Honfleur, Calvados, without affecting the protection a consumer has under the law of the country where they live.
